1) What is the difference between
the fields with
White
labels and the one's with Yellow
labels?
A: The fields with White
labels are required and MUST be filled in, the one's with Yellow labels are optional, but
provide
information that the KPSC may use when placing your child in the
appropriate division.
2) I have finished filling out the Online Registration form, but when I
click the "Continue To Next Step" button, the following message
appears: "One or more required fields are empty."
A: There is still a
required field
that has not been completed. If your screen resolution is less than
1024 x 768px, you may need to scroll your screen to the right to see
additional required fields.
3) Can I register more than one child at a time?
A: No. When you complete
the online
registration for your child, there will be a "Register Another Player"
button on the confirmation page. Clicking that button will bring you
back to the Online Registration form where ALL common family
information will already be entered on the form.
4) Will anyone at the KPSC see my credit card number?
A: No. The only
information about
your credit or debit card that the KPSC will have access to is the card
type and the last 4 digits of the card number. This information will
only be used for identification purposes if you have questions
concerning the online payment of your registration fee.
5) I don't remember if my I registered my child already. Can I find out
if he or she is already registered?
A: Yes. Complete the
online
registration form. When you click the "Continue To Next Step" button,
the confirmation page will display a list of all players that are
registered with either the same phone number or email address that was
entered on the registration form. Also listed will be the date that the
registration expires. If your child is listed there, check the
registration expiration date before continuing.
6) I did not receive an e-mail confirmation for my registration. Why
not ?
A: Either the e-mail
address you
entered was not correct or your e-mail is blocking e-mails from the
KPSC. You should also check your bulk e-mail folder to see if was moved
there.
7) Does the KPSC accept the
American Express Card for registration
payment ?
A: Not at this time.
8) Does the KPSC accept credit card payment for uniforms or other
equipment?
A: Not at this time. We
are looking
into the possibility of credit card payment for uniforms or equipment.
