NRSP Conference Room-June 7, 2010

Meeting called to order:

Executive Reports

1. President- Thanks to Connie for taking minutes last month. Thanks to Mark and Connie for the Memorial Day parade and banner contest. The turn out was the best in years. Thank you Rose for committee involvement flyers. Thanks Jim M for Grounds and Fields work. Big thanks for all the years of service and dedication to the club. Thanks to all for the wonderful years and fun times. Congrats to the scholarship winners, posted on the website. Thank you to Rose and Mike B for presenting the scholarships. Senator Flanagan is trying to get the grant pushed through. NRSP is open for at least one year. Our voices were heard. We cannot give up and must secure the field longterm. World Cup on ABC. Presidents meeting 6/15. Announcement of election results, new BOD members to join able.. Committe Chairs, named in July the new President will appoint.

On behalf of the Board and KPSC families, we thank you and want to express our gratitude for you dedication and continues support! You will be missed at the head of the table , but we are happy to know you will still be IPP" add on by Board member.

4. Secretary - None
5. Treasurer - KP Fury funds-$1500 into money market for special scholarship. One shot deal, sposored by Openlink to be awarded to training sessions for KPHS aged players. Three awards $500 each. Motion passed for 3 graduationg playersfrom KPSC in 2012 aprroved. $1500 additional tabled for July meeting.

Coordinators Reports

1. Purchasing and Uniforms- Invetory to be taken after the season is finished. Motion to have all teh travel teams wear the same club uniform, approved.
2. Registration- Opening May 15th. No changes in fees.
3. Insurance-none.
4. Travel – Jeff will contact coaches with next season packet info, packets due back to him July 1. Odd year teams need new passes.
5. Interleague- set.
6. U9- making up rainout June 13
7. U7- making up rainout June 13
8. U6- none
9. U5- none.
10. Referees- none.
11. Grounds & fields-Jim M learning sprinkler systems. Outsiders have been playng on Tiffany. Call Staste Police 669-2500 to have them removed. KPSC has usage permit for field.
12. Special Events – Memorial Day was sucessful, approx 12 teams marched and many had banners.Soccer Day in progress, the tent was damaged during the chuch function. Need volunteers for set up the day before.
13. Newsletter- sent out 560. Thank you Mattias. Next newsletter beginning of August.
14. Resource Mgmt-permits in place for the tournament.
15. Education-July 12 community camp, full and half day. July 26 skills/goalie camp. August 9 team camp.
16. Website- up to date
17. Pictures- 3rd weekend of October.
