U3 - Birth Year 2022

A high-energy program introducing children to soccer fundamentals such as using your feet, dribbling and not using your hands. Parent participation is required for this age group. 30 minutes.

U4 - Birth Year 2021

This program builds on concepts from the two-year-old program and expands on skill work such as control, not using hands, dribbling and changing speed. Children will be introduced to developmentally appropriate gameplay. Players at this age are working towards independence on the field. Parent participation may be required. 40-45 minutes

U5 - Birth Year 2020

Sessions will focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting using creative and engaging games. A positive character trait will be highlighted during each session such as respect and teamwork. Coaches will set up developmentally appropriate scrimmages for each session.50-60 minutes

U6 - Birth Year 2019

The U6 program focuses on individual skill, fitness and game play. Sessions will consist of approximately 20-25 minutes of warm-up and skill review and 25 minutes of game play. Children to be challenged through soccer skills, fun games and team interaction. Cleats and shin guards required. 60 minutes.
